Re: Renegades Rides Labor Day Weekend

I have a pass for the whole day tomorrow and was thinking of doing a hilly Nyack or 2-3 laps of Rocky Point on the mtb if anyone is interested. Probably a 10am leave time.

Earl turned out to be a dud. I want to ride tomorrow morning.

I'll be at the Colonial parking lot at 8:00 AM. For those on this list
who are not familiar with it, it's the colonial style (hence the name)
red brick medical building on Lakeville Road, just south of Northern
Boulevard, behind the gas station. It's also where the Honey Bees meet
on Sundays.

From there it will be easy to hook up with the 8:00 triangle group,
as long as no one is late. I'm looking to depart by 8:05 at the latest.

If the weather looks uncooperative tomorrow morning, I'll follow up
with an email blast between 7:00 and 7:30.

Let me know if you're planning to join.

So I'm watching the live radar... and it looks like Moses parting the Red Sea. The green stuff is splitting up and going around my area, here in Great Neck. There's not even any wind to speak of yet. How does it look by you guys?
 
BTW, we take our red lights very seriously. We ALWAYS look both ways... before we run them.

So I'm watching the live radar... and it looks like Moses parting the Red Sea. The green stuff is splitting up and going around my area, here in Great Neck. There's not even any wind to speak of yet. How does it look by you guys?

BTW, we take our red lights very seriously. We ALWAYS look both ways... before we run them.
