Dude,

That was valuable hill training. Keep working on it and don't knock 
it. You only get stronger by trying harder. I like to do hill repeats 
on Horseshoe when I'm by myself... and I'm not trying to keep up with 
anyone else. The way to Mill Hill from Horseshoe is easy. Right turn 
at the end of Horseshoe onto Cleft, hard 90° left on the downhill 
before the water onto Frost Mill, left agan at the T. The way you rode 
Mill Hill is much harder than our way, though much less scary on the 
down.

So now you have something in common with Andy Schleck. Don't let it 
get to your head.

You'll have to show us the fabled Sagamore Hill route you're so fond of.

Mileage wise, you did better than us. Cool.
